  • Expect to start with a reserve fund for: photography, security setup, stocking (linens, supplies, cleaning). This will depend on what your property already has, but a good rule of thumb is a minimum $1,000 reserve for a 2 bedroom house. Add $500 per bedroom to give you a general idea, our team will give you a specific list of what is needed after the initial inspection. Our only requirements: sufficient linen, at least 1 front facing camera and 1 coded lock.
