First of all, if there were 10 stars I would give them all 10. Yes, that's how awesome they are! From day one, Kyle was available any day and any time to answer all of my questions and concerns and always responded so quickly. It took a good 4 months to find my investment property (because I was so picky) and Kyle was never impatient as he showed me countless homes. I felt finding the best fit for me was just as important to him as it was for us. He even visited properties on his own and sent me videos since I live in another state. His comprehensive knowledge and great insight of the rental industry was also so helpful. And wow, Rene, in the office was so thorough and took the time to keep me updated and explained everything step by step along the way. They did an amazing job not only managing the property, making sure it was always occupied by solid, reliable tenants, but they also actively managed any maintenance issues that would come up. Our Success Fee
Our success fee represents our commission at the end of a successful venture together. 3% of the final sales price is paid to our brokerage after closing. We are currently recommending an incentive buyer’s broker commission depending on market conditions of 2.5% to 3%. In slower markets a higher rate may be recommended.
