Seven Hills

Based in fast-growing Henderson, Nevada, Seven Hills is a master planned community built on 1,300 acres of rolling terrain in Henderson’s Black Mountain range. 25 communities with more than 2,500 properties was largely completed in 2003. Several custom home sites remain for new construction. Miles of pedestrian walkways, trails and bike lanes connect Seven Hills residents with its three parks, golf course, and the tremendous amenities of the upscale West Henderson area.
