This will be sent to the mailing address on file by January 31 of each year, and also uploaded to your PropertyWare Owners Portal under "Documents"

All owners must pay their own property taxes and insurance (if not paid by their mortgage company) as well as HOA (CIC) fees, and any special assessments. We recommend you place these items on "auto pay" so you never have to worry about any late penalties. You could have it deducted from the same account you elect to receive income in.
