Founder & CEO

Shawn founded the Cunningham Group and leads the team. He works with investors on purchases and oversees the short, mid and long term rental management side of the business, from acquisition through day-to-day operations.

Karisa Hirabayashi

REALTOR®

Karisa helps clients grow their real estate portfolios. As a Certified International Property Specialist, she works with investors to find and acquire properties that meet their financial goals, at home and abroad.

Michelle Leonard

Property Manager

Michelle runs day-to-day management of our rental portfolio and is the main contact for rental owners and residents. PM Permit # PM.0168324.
