On October 26, 2021, Shawn spoke on the Main Stage at Inman Connect Las Vegas in the Pinyon 4–5 room. His session was Marketing Trends Impacting the Modern Brokerage.
Shawn has returned to the Inman stage since, in New York in 2026 on building remote teams. The marketing approach he teaches now centers on choosing a niche instead of a ZIP code, which is the subject of his NAREB convention session and of the investor playbook.
